The classes are for all levels. Beginners always welcome.
I believe that anyone can practice yoga whatever your age and whatever you believe your limitations are. You don't have to be flexible or strong to practice yoga, you can become both of these as your practice deepens.
Over the years, I've had one-to-one tuition to complement my own training and class practice. Having your personal tutor on hand to adjust, ask questions and be inspired by is a great way to learn.
Workshops are an excellent opportunity to focus on a particular area of yoga in more detail than a regular class.
