I fell in love with yoga in 1992 and was captivated after attending my first yoga class. I found it gave me an opportunity to stop running around in body and mind and simply be – like a feeling of coming home. Over the years I’ve trained with some remarkable teachers who have inspired me to practice, explore and teach yoga.

I now teach regular Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga and hatha yoga classes, one to one tuition, workshops, corporate classes and the BWY Foundation Course.  I am also currently running a BWY Diploma in Teaching course.

I’ve completed Level I and II Ashtanga Teacher training with John Scott and Lucy Crawford in New Zealand and have been awarded Senior Teacher and have 500 hour certification.

I am British Wheel of Yoga qualified which includes 4.5 years of excellent training with Zoe Knott, Bob and Be Insley and Antonia Boyle.

I have also trained with the Sivananda School of Yoga in France.

Over recent years I have included mindfulness meditation in my personal practice and yoga classes with guidance from Cathy-Mae Karlese.

Yoga is a life-long learning experience on and off the yoga mat and I continue to attend workshops and training as well as have a regular home practice. This helps to fuel my passion for yoga and teaching, and I feel blessed to love what I do and pass on all that I learn.

When I committed to a regular yoga and meditation practice, I found that every aspect of my life has improved. Yoga helps us to become more aware, more able to let go, and in turn find inner strength and peace.

I believe everyone can practice yoga and welcome you to come and enjoy.
