One-to-one classes with Deena

Over the years, I've had one-to-one tuition to complement my own training and class practice. Having your personal tutor on hand to adjust, ask questions and be inspired by is a great way to learn.

With my regular clients, I notice body development very quickly. The body transforms, becoming fitter, toned, stronger and more flexible with noticeable posture improvements.

Here are some of the reasons why you may choose one-to-one training:
