Over the years, I’ve had one-to-one tuition to complement my own training and class practice. Having your personal tutor on hand to adjust, ask questions and be inspired by is a great way to learn..
Here are some of the reasons why you may choose one-to-one training:
- You are not able to attend one of my regular open classes and would prefer a time that is more convenient.
- If you are looking for health recovery or yoga therapy.
- To help reduce stress and learn relaxation techniques.
- During pregnancy to prepare the body, breath and mind for labour, and after to assist with the post labour recovery.
