My teaching emphasises body and breath awareness.  Each class includes a flowing practice of asanas (postures), pranayama (breath awareness and control), and closes with a concentration/meditation practice and guided relaxation.

I teach the dynamic practice of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and Hatha yoga classes with the principles of strength and finding space.

My classes are in a friendly, welcoming and safe environment. Each class you attend will help you to strengthen and stretch in a positive and enjoyable way, bringing energy, relaxation and balance to both your body and mind.

I believe that anyone can practice yoga whatever your age and whatever you believe your limitations are. You don’t have to be flexible or strong to practice yoga, you can become both of these as your practice deepens. Have a look at the class schedule >
