New yoga class beginning Monday 25th June at Stillpoint Yoga London, London Bridge: Ashtanga Insight Class, 10.30 a.m. to 12.00 noon An all abilities class. It will include the key principles from an Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga class combined with a 'slow motion' version of some of the classic postures from the primary series. Each week we will incorporate different stretching and strengthening moves to complement the practice, including abdominal and back strengthening, shoulder, neck and back releasing, hip groin and pelvis stretches. The classes will have a gentle philsophy theme, a seated concentration and a guided relaxation. It's a drop in class or you can book a block of 6 consecutive classes for a discounted rate.
